Rings are 0.625-inch in width and are high enough to accommodate a scope with a 56mm objective lens. Bodies are manufactured from exceptionally strong 7075 T6 billet aluminum alloy. Ring cap is held in place by four socket-head steel cap screws. Screws thread into stainless steel Helicoil inserts to prevent stripping the threads. Square-cut cross bolt and its locking nut are manufactured from 4140 chrome moly steel.
