I put these on my DPMS LR308 because the original rings I had would loosen up after 50 or 60 rds. I wanted quick detach rings anyway & that was my excuse to buy these. I picked these because of the guaranteed return to zero and the price (and they don''t loosen up while I shoot!) . I am not impressed by companies who label their parts "tactical" so they can sell them for 2 or 3 times the value. I bought from Midwest Hunters Supply because their price and honest shipping price (& it''s advertising) were good. I found the rings elsewhere for less money but once you dug through the fine print of the (free) shipping it was cheaper to buy from Midwest. Their service & prices are great & I recommend them to everyone. Jeff
