Spyderco's Centofante III knife is the best custom made knife from Frank Centofante. The 3 1/8 inch blade is made from VG-10 stainless-steel which can take whatever pressure you can put on it. There is both a hollow grind and swedge grind on the blade of the Spyderco Centofante III so the knife can be held steady when cutting. Spyderco has also included a Spyderco Round hole for easier opening. This Spyderco knife will not break or bend in any situation. This Spyderco knife only weighs 2.5 ounces and with the black steel pocket clip included, it can be taken on any excursion. A lightweight friction resistant handle with volcano grip is used so the Spyderco blade won't slip.
